Accessibility

Everyone should be able to shop with us — in person and online. Here is what we do to keep Dunbar Jewelers accessible, and how to tell us when we fall short.

What we aim for

We build this site to be usable with a keyboard alone, to work with screen readers, to keep text and background colours at a readable contrast, and to stay legible when you zoom in or use a phone.

Where we are

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. Accessibility is something we keep working at rather than finish, so if you find something that does not work well for you, we want to hear about it.

In the shop

Our Vernon showroom is on one level with a step-free entrance and parking directly outside. If you would like us to set anything up before you arrive, call ahead and we will be glad to help.
